Some points to consider:
-if a plastic food storage container is used rather than a bowl, dish washing is prevented and leftover preservation is simplified
-it is most efficient to us a fork to put two dollops of mayonaise into the container first; this same fork may then be used to extract the tuna from the can
-seasonings are of course a personal choice, but I favour a teaspoon of dill and some fresh-ground pepper
-two small dill cucumbers provide both tang and texture
-Orowheat potato or sesame white breads (toasted) are quite nice, as they are large and sliced thin
-I need to read less Hodgman and Eggers (or at least not both consercutively)
